• Support young professional hires in our office using NCARB* guidelines of the “Architectural Experiential Program.”

• Promote our staff’s continued professional development, keeping current with trends, best practices and innovation.

• Volunteer participation with non-profit organizations, including trail restoration, fundraising events, and youth education programs.

• We are leaders in architectural communication and in facilitating interactive community participation meetings — we value feedback on our work.
