The project consisted of the complete renovation of the Great Hall Builders offices. The construction was done in phases to keep operations running smoothly during the transition. Extensive programming took place to clearly define the client’s goals. Planning and criteria for security, technology and green initiatives were priorities for this project, along with renovations to improve functionality, work fl ow and aesthetics. The design incorporated solutions to construction in an occupied facility where employees are working. RNN Architects Inc. kept operations running, maintaining security and providing a new technology infrastructure.
