The Denver Housing Authority project consisted of new maintenance offices in a moderate-hazardous industrial area. Extensive programming and finishes selection were provided. We worked within a limited construction budget in an existing one-story building. We were able to meet the owner’s programming requirements in maximizing the warehouse area while maintaining required office space. We worked close with the City and County of Denver building department. Project due diligence discovered a portion of the existing parking lot was improperly designated as part of the flood zone which RNN Architects resolved with a letter of map revision.
