The client’s vision is to create a new non-denominational church facility extending outreach, and religious services to the Commerce City area, as part of greater Denver. This two-story project will include a new 130 seat sanctuary with altar, sound booth, cry room, narthex, paster office, family life center including banquet dining, classrooms, kitchen, outdoor event patio and other supporting functions. Some special features include, but not limited to, exterior raised outdoor gathering space, trellis designs, expandable classrooms, vaulted and coffered ceilings.  All of the spaces were designed as ADA compliant, providing a higher level of accessibility to patrons and visitors.
