Denver Housing Authorities’ Mariposa Phase II Development was and is an ongoing part of the Mariposa Community Masterplan development.  An answer to the affordable housing shortage in Denver.  The development of the mixed-use buildings focused on affordability, sustainability, and active design for the fabric of neighborhood development.  Phase II consisted of two; four story buildings, and a three-story townhouse- all of which provided below ground parking, large inviting resident lobbies, and residential amenities such as art rooms and pottery studios.  The project consisted of 127,000 SF of residential building with 91 total units.
