Studebaker Lofts is a four-story (with basement) historically significant building in Denver’s downtown historic. The site was the former Studebaker Automobile manufacturing building and a seed company. These historic buildings were joined together in 1995 to create 33 family units at 60% AMI, including four studios, 19 one-bedrooms and 10 two-bedrooms on 4 floors and premium retail space on the main level.

The project consists of a complete interior renovation and refresh package, including new kitchen and new baths. New finishes in public spaces, building façade tuckpointing, new roof and new atrium skylight.
