RNN Architects Inc. provided architectural and engineering design services to develop property for office and Shop (Storage). The client's vision was to create a functional and cost feasible facility to operate their landscape business. The primary functions of the space included an office suite with the following spatial functions: transaction/administrative area, offices, break room, other supporting functions, a high bay shop with the following spatial functions: storage for landscape material and area to pertorm minor repairs on landscape equipment. RNN Architects Inc. coordinated closely to ensure our functional floor plan was integrated with Morton Buildings structural system and the aesthetic designs were coordinated/compliant with the local jurisdictional planning/building departments.
