RNN Architects Inc. provided a full range of architectural design services and engineering coordination to develop the property for an office (B) and storage (S1) mixed use building. The result to client’s program and RNN Architects Inc’s design is a functional and cost-effective facility to operate their landscape business as a commercial development. The primary spaces of the office suite contain the spatial functions of: transaction area /administrative area, offices, break room, and restrooms.  The high bay shop was created to serve the following spatial functions: storage for landscaping equipment and area to perform minor maintenance on landscape equipment.
