Team Building Picnic – Geo Roberts Training 2024

The RNN Architects team recently completed an engaging and impactful team-building session led by Geo Roberts Coaching & Development, aimed at fostering a "HERE WE GO" culture. Through a series of interactive activities, we explored RNN’s core Mission, Values of Respect, Integrity, and Fun, and unique Differentiators such as teamwork and a friendly, personal touch with clients. The session emphasized the importance of everyone’s voice and role in achieving RNN’s goals, while diving into Red Rules around quality, budget, and timely communication that uphold our commitment to excellence. By understanding both personal and team dynamics, participants left with new insights on how to contribute to RNN’s collaborative, high-performance environment, alongside actionable plans to keep pushing our standards forward.
